Booking & Payment Policy

To reserve your appointment, payment is required at booking.

• A $50 non-refundable booking fee (or 15% of service total — whichever is greater) applies to discounted appointments.
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your appointment will receive a refund of the remaining balance.
• Cancellations within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Rescheduling

• One complimentary reschedule allowed with 72+ hours notice
• Weather-related reschedules (for outdoor installs) will be accommodated when necessary

No-Shows

Failure to arrive or communicate prior to your appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
