Payment & Refunds

To reserve your appointment, payment is required at booking.

• A $50 non-refundable booking fee (or 15% of the service total, whichever is greater) applies to all discounted appointments.
• If you cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment, the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Cancellations within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Rescheduling

• One free reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours notice.
• Weather-related reschedules (for outdoor installs) will be accommodated when necessary.

No-Shows

Failure to show up or contact us prior to your appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
